Nice friendly service and good pedicure. Only downside is the seating area for the pedicure is a bit non-descript and doesn’t really create the same luxurious feel you’d want when having that service.

Warm welcome from a pleasant reception lady but, the property isn't really suited to a beauty salon, to use the bathroom as a customer you are asked to leave the building through a back door a use an outdoor bathroom shared by other businesses in the block. A Brazilian wax is always going to be painful but usually an esthetician will hold skin taught to lessen the pain which didn't happen, meaning all skin gets pulled unnecessarily hard when removing wax. Unfortunately the treatment took longer than expected due to a mistake in the waxing and the end of the treatment was rushed and she jumped straight in with the next client who was waiting as I applied some cream and got dressed. Disappointing experience as a first time customer. I didn't get to see the esthetician upon leaving the salon and got home to find that alot of hair had been completely missed in an intimate area that was very obvious, I had to go to boots, spend more money on DIY wax strips to finish off the job myself, which if you've ever tried yourself... isn't fun.
A frustrating experience particularly as I had paid in advance.
