Great visit, no end of conversation from the staff, really enjoyed being there

The salon is clean and has a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. However they ran out of wax and switched between hot and warm wax. Unwanted hair was left after the treatment.

The therapist was initially very friendly but this was certainly not a deep tissue massage! Very light pressure and she didn't even attempt to get any of the knots out in my back. My muscles didn't feel any different after the massage or the next day. I've had numerous deep tissue massages and the next day your muscles are meant to hurt and ache like you've done a hardcore workout! After the workout the therapist didn't ask 'how I felt' or for my comments so she knew that she'd done a bad job.
This was a very poor experience and I would like a full refund.
