Charlie was nice and easy going but I feel like she misunderstood what I wanted from my blowdry. I asked for straight down with a bit of volume (so it’s not stuck to my head at the top) and it was done with a wave. I asked for it to be straightened down and it was just brushed down. Got back to the office and it looks like I could have done it myself. Too shy to ask her to do anything else with it as don’t want to be a pain.
