I was really looking forward to my first leg wax in months and booked a full leg but when I arrived they said although I’d booked/prepaid for a full leg, their system had allocated 25 mins which wasn’t enough, so they’d have to split my job across two people. Unfortunately when the second girl finished I found missed patches of hair so I had to get dressed, go up and ask her to come back down to fix it. Then later at home I found more hairs. Just a messy job overall. And a bad booking system.
