Great pedicure experience although foot jacuzzi was broken (no bubbles). Terrible manicure experience with torn cuticles, unevenly filed wonky nails and polish application which required redoing by a colleague. Paid for the liquid pamper manicure but did not receive the soak, mask, massage etc. When I queried the state of my nails, therapist responded she couldn't see clearly because of her contacts.

Place was clean and quite spacious. Nice and friendly staff, offered drink upon arrival. Had a lovely sweedish massage. Annie has a golden hands and felt amazing afterwards. Thank you so much and see you soon.
