Paula B was really lovely, and was very thorough in asking questions about how I wanted my lashes to look so that was great! However it does not state anywhere that these are cluster lashes rather than individual lashes. I wish I had known this as I always prefer individuals as they are much more realistic and natural.

The venue was really pretty, very clean and well-decorated so it had a nice atmosphere. I've been wanting to go here for a long time so I was really pleased I managed to get an appointment! The lash extensions that I received are great, Paula was very considerate every time I've gone to her and asked me about my lifestyle and the events I had coming up so she could personalize my lashes. Would go again!
