I changed my hair from a blow dry to a pin up as I was going to a wedding. What I walked out with was nothing like I had asked, the only way I can describe it would be a disgrace. The girl had no idea of what she was doing. There were pins that I was to remove once I got home all over my hair, she didn't put my fascinator in and when she did she left the silver band completely on show. I was charged £33 and when I got home I took my hair out and did it myself. We called back to say it was a mess and all they offered was to return for the 'top stylest' to re-do it. At no point was I offered a refund. Very disappointing!!! The makeup was brilliant so I fully recommend that but it is disheartening when you're going to a special event and pay to look glam but end up doing it yourself!!
Lovely salon. Was very pleased with my little girls haircut and my son and i where made to feel very welcome whilst we waited
