I had a mani and pedi which was great but my appointment was for Thurday at 5:30 (pre booked two days in advance) and they called me at 16:00 to inform me that there is no availability and I need to reschedule. As they said treatwell does not send them a confirmation when you book an appointment and they were too busy to check themselves. I had to pay an extra £5 on top of the £33 to remove shellac which I was not very pleased for.
