The therapist who did my nails was very pleasant and nice, and put quite a lot of care into my mani/pedi. My nails looked great and the venue itself is tranquil and feels pampering with its pretty decor.
However, the owner of the business had left his two children in the salon to be looked after by the lady who was doing my nails. She was the only one working, and seemed stressed and overwhelmed by having to babysit whilst doing her job. The children were being rowdy and therefore the enviroment was not very relaxing. When the owner came to collect them, he was quite rude to my therapist about running behind schedule with my nails and also about some damage done to the salon (both of which were caused by the children- and not my therapist!!). My heart went out to her, as I did not feel that she was being treated fairly and in hindsight I wish I had done the right thing and spoken up for her. I hope they treat their employees better in the future and also will be more considerate of their customers who are going to a beauty salon in order to relax. For these reasons I will not be revisiting this salon.
Manicure was good and has lasted quite well.

Really lovely, quiet salon and a great wax. The process was quick and relatively pain-free and the therapist was friendly and talkative, but not so chatty that you felt she was not paying attention to what she was doing!
