The staff are very friendly and professional, however, as I've had quite a few hollywood waxes at various venues, I could sense that the practitioner was not fully well-versed in waxing techniques as the treatment took longer than it should, and she did not always clear the hair in a smooth way (i.e. the wax wasn't fully dry and would tangle in the wax). This doesn't happen with most of the aestheticians I've seen. However, good value for money.

Staff was friendly and manicure looked great, I have been here before and will certainly go back. This time though the polish peeled off from one finger in less than 1 week so I am a bit disappointed - manicure would normally last me at least 2 weeks.
