I booked late at night for a next day appointment and the salon didn't have it on record, but they fit me in without complaint, which was great. However (and despite the quick job to fit me in), I was surprised not to be asked any information since this was my first visit, plus I was not given any waxing advice (fortunately I know this already). The lady who did the wax wasn't overly friendly - usually fine - but she finished the job and swiftly exited the room when she finished before letting me check I was happy with the wax. I wasn't, as it looked half completed. I've since had bruising in the area too.

Fantastic. Lovely little salon, friendly staff and relaxing treatment. I think the prices are very reasonable too.
I will definitely book again
