Michelle listened to what I wanted done with my hair, gave options/advice and complied fully with my requests.
Due to covid restrictions I had to wait outside till my appointment time, but once that had arrived I was allowed upstairs to wait at a good 2 metre distance from the previous customer who was having her appointment completed.
