Ladies' Haircuts
I was running late for my appointment because I missed the train. Michelle was really nice about it and booked me in for an hour later, no fuss at all. Love my hair cut too. Always a pleasant experience :) Thank you.

First time visiting Michelle. She was welcoming, listened to what I was looking for and was comfortable after me explaining/giving free reign of what I was after.
