After having to take pain killers for the last four months for neck, shoulders and head aches due to stress, l have been very impressed with the result of a neck and back massage. Three weeks later still no pain and mobility in my neck much improved. Second massage today, very relaxing and looking forward to being without pain. Never had massage before, only physio, but will be returning and thoroughly recommend. Thank you.
