Very accommodating - I was able to change the timing at the last minute despite their being very busy. Friendly, efficient and competent staff. Not pushy.

Loved it felt very relaxed after will be going again it was the first time at the lodge it is in a lovely setting
We held our Christmas party here and stayed overnight in one of the cabins. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will be booking again. Only minor negatives were that the single beds were a bit too narrow and the bedlinen felt damp but it was clean and fresh. Very quiet location and scenic. The food overall is very good. Breakfast is excellent. I had the gel hand and feet nail treatments which I would definately recommend. Overall a lovely relaxing experience. I didnt want to leave!

Tip Top indeed! Simply superb - attention to detail is sublime as is service and professionalism. The spray tan was impeccable, looked incredibly natural with absolutely no streakiness or 'dark spots'.
