Karen is very knowledgeable and experienced. It is refreshing not to have someone talk through the session. After a brief update on my situation, she gets to work and then discusses afterwards the things she has picked up. The ambience is great - music and lighting just right. The three sessions you can book as a package make it good value.

This place is great. I wanted a change of hairstyle but wasnt sure what would suit me. Armed with some style idea's, I went to The Lodge and Hayley was able to advise me on which styles suited my hair type & face shape best. I am very pleased with the result
