Quite disappointed. Firstly, the therapist asked me to undress whilst they were in the room (albeit holding a towel up) - I’ve had many massages and never encountered this so felt very uncomfortable. I asked the therapist if they could leave the room but I felt awkward and struggled to relax after.
The lights were on during the entire course of my treatment and so it was very difficult to relax. Sadly would not return.
