I booked for my shellac nails to be soaked off and then reapplied. This whole process took the nail technician 25 minutes, and the quality of my nails shows this.
My nails weren't filed- she asked if I wanted to keep the same shape and length which I did but I said they will need a quick going over. My cuticles were also not looked at in the slightest.
The edges of my nails aren't smooth and doesn't look like it has been done by a professional at all.
The nail technician was lovely despite being unwell, however I wouldn't recommend their services.
