I had a gel manicure which was fine and they had a good choice of colours but the customer service was a bit lacking, if I hadn’t have made conversation I don’t think my therapist would have spoken to me at all.
Wasn’t my best experience! The tan was dripping down the back of my legs, and there was areas which had been missed completely!! I asked the therapist to re check my legs which she did but there wasn’t much improvement! Honestly so gutted as I was going out and ended up feeling more self conscious then anything else as I knew it didn’t look brilliant!
Nice space but staff seemed a bit stressed out, rushing between / to finish appointments and talking about other customers and their treatments. Felt a bit like being there was a hassle for them. I would, however, go back if things were a bit more professional.
