I don’t tend to write reviews but I was so disappointed with my visit to the Loft. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. After asking for a natural balyange I ended up with a full head of highlights, with no toner used so they were yellow. I explained that I wasn’t happy with the colour but they didn’t offer to help at all and instead got extremely defensive. Had to go to another salon to get it fixed, costing a lot of money... such a shame!

Nails were not done properly, left cuticles undone and nail colour not thorough
