Really friendly atmosphere and welcoming. I have a dry trim in a bob style and Dana cut it perfectly and being a very picky person I have to say I am hugely impressed. Was offered tea/coffee and I recommend The Loft to all ages. I was listened to and got exactly what I asked for - well done!

Very happy with Dana. She gave me options and kept checking I was happy throughout the colouring process. Also the best cut I've had in a long time! Super friendly staff aswell.
