absolutely phenomenal. chanel is amazing, so polite and communicative - tells you exactly what she’s doing at any moment to make you feel more at ease. couldn’t be any happier with my lashes, walked out with a massive grin on my face!!!!

Chanel’s great and very friendly. However I did not get a chance to have my lash lift done though as Chanel informed me that my lashes were too short (I had it done last year but with another woman, maybe my lashes got short this year. I have Asian eyes) but my eyebrow lamination is amazing. I hope to get a partial refund though as it will take a while to grow my lashes and maybe by then I can rebook it. They have done a tremendous ceiling renovation at the loft salon, very clean too.
