I rarely have anything done to my hair, so when I came to The Loft last year for a simple wash and cut I felt quite lucky. This time I had balayage done with Issy, who was absolutely lovely, and I know I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Shame the colour didn't take straight away but I was warned and expected it. On to round 2! :)
