I am basing my opinion on a couple of visits at the salon (decided to give it a chance but oh well) and honestly, if anyone wants to pay for an enjoyable service, professional attitude and quality manicure, I'd strongly advise you to go to another venue. The Loft Salon is quite overpriced considering the service you get, and not worth the money you're paying at all. My nails were supposed to last for 3 weeks but they started to peel and even chip after the first week? The attitude of the girl who did my nails and tbh to the rest who work there as well, was not welcoming or professional whatsoever. I mean, I don't expect to be welcomed on a red carpet but I have chosen your salon out of hundreds in Nottingham and I am gonna give you my money so, I'd expect you to have a little bit more acknowledgement, politeness and care to your clients - it's common sense. I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon, it's a waste of money you can actually invest in a much better beauty salon and the junior nail tech's skills are legit equal to any girl's basic manicure abilities.
I’m a super nervous client, always panicking about what the hairdresser is going to do with me, probably why my hair was in such a bad condition. Issy was amazing, she straight away made me feel at ease, the haircut was exactly what I wanted and she talked me through each step as she knew how nervous I was. Left the salon super happy and comfortable, my cousin came with me and even she commented on how now the cut was and how much healthier my hair looks.
