Holly was a delight as always. Asked me what I was wanting to do with my hair and explained what she was going to do brilliantly throughout. Great haircut for a great price, will definitely be trying out some of there other services soon.
Ladies' Haircuts
After a fab welcome to the salon the treatment was awful. I’ve had eyelash Extentions a lot before but this was a whole new experience. I had booked for 1 & 1/2 hours, I know this is normally how long they take, she said she was finished after 15-20 mins. What I wanted was individual eyelash Extentions to add volume. What i ended up with was clumpy fake lashes only suited to a drag queen. She had glued a few of mine together and added 1 lash extension leaving a sparse clumpy look. Once she had done she left the treatment room and when I found her she was waiting for me to pay. I just felt so ridiculous I just wanted to leave.
I had to go to another salon and pay to have them removed and put right.
