I booked in last minute as was down to see Westlife booked extra for restyle £49 1 hour 20minutes.
I arrived early and was started just after 4.30 out by 5.20 😢. Jo was in a rush as had a 21st party to attend . Why put yourself as available if that was the case my hair has been hacked it is all uneven - not blow dried just blasted and sort of curled with straighteners well one side was - even the other stylist said did you blowdry it never heard it. I am not fussy at all this was awful

The pictures are not a true representation of the venue, it was tacky and very dirty in common areas, toilet was not clean and only reusable hand towels which were unhygienic. I felt sorry for Jo as she was triple booked, I had to wait 35 mins before my appointment began. Once it started Jo was trying her best to attend to all three clients, but it was not a good experience. I would have preferred for my appointment to be rescheduled then pay £45 for a terrible experience. Felt very rushed.
