Staff member was lovely and attentive and salon was nicely decorated but unfortunately two of my gel nails pealed off within 2 days - maybe just unlucky.

My nail technician was lovely, I enjoyed a complimentary mulled wine during the treatment and my nails lasted for weeks! Superb.
