I had a fantastic hair conditioning treatment from Nora. She was very professional and friendly and explained each part of the treatment to me. My hair felt really soft and smelled great afterwards, thank you!

The staff were really friendly however my highlights where about 1cm away from the root and had to be re-done by a senior stylist.There was some bleeding of the highlights and the blow-dry was not what I asked for at all.
