A very relaxing experience. The room was peaceful and clean, and Natalia was professional and thorough. There was a questionnaire to fill out for health information, and she then asked followup questions, which made me feel like she was taking my needs seriously. The oil was hot and soothing, with a pleasant and not overly strong fragrance. The massage itself was slow and smooth, which is just what I was looking for. I would definitely go back.
