He listens and offers professional opinion. The haircut I had was super and I received many compliments.
The salon is very clean and they offer complimentary coffee.
I think I found my stylist in Kingston and will never go anywhere else.

As someone who has a phobia about hairdressers, I found the salon made me feel comfortable and at ease, I was long overdue a haircut, Luciano was really complimentary about how much hair I had and perfectly managed to take the weight out of it and give me a wonderful style that I will be happy to not being scraping up in a band every day.

Would highly recommend The Lounge. Natalie and the team are amazing at what they do. Best men's haircut, complementary treatments, and lovely coffee and cake. Wouldn’t go to any other salon!
Having tried my fair share of hair salons, this is the absolute best independent hairdresser in Kingston. All the stylists are excellent - brilliant for men and women alike.
