From upon entering to leaving, I was made to feel welcome. Lovely ladies. This is my second time using Luma . Fahah was professional and knew actually what she was doing. Great head massage using her tools , plus my face feels so soft . Would definitely be using Luma again.

Farah was lovely and welcoming. The head spa was good. The plate where your head rests was a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise it was nice. Liked the added touch of tea afterwards :)

Really love that we have a place like this on our doorstep. I took my mum for a head, neck, shoulder and back massage and felt completely relaxed during and after the treatment. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book again!
