Fantastic massage from Leanne. Contacted her to help with the pain in my right hip due to one higher than the other and suffered from pelvic girdle due to carrying twins. I have had physio and many sessions of acupuncture but never helped. Restless nights was getting the better of me. This was also getting in the way of my working out 🏋️♀️
The luma massage is the one to go for when you need pain releasing. Leanne hit the spot! I had the best sleep that night and when lifting weights today I felt no pain.

First time trying cold water therapy.. wow what a way to wake the mind up! Marcel was a great coach, he talked me through the benefits of the treatment and how throughout sessions we can build my time up. The sauna is a perfect way to warm up after and the staff are so lovely! Can’t wait to visit again!
