I couldn't recommend The Luma Practice highly enough. Tiff used good pressure with my massage and I felt really comfortable in her care right away. I can't wait for my next visit!

Keeps on getting better
The hot bamboo was amazing, esp on this cold wet day.
Even had the sauna after and some chill time in the retreat room.

Today was my first visit at Luma Practise and OMG what a treatment! I have never felt pain that actually was pleasant to feel. Leanne hit all the problematic spots that nobody ever did. The relief afterwards is just even hard to describe. She is so passionate about what she does and has a deep knowledge about how body works. I am definitely coming back 💪👌

Had deep tissue massage with leanne .felt fantastic after lots of tension gone .also had a chat about my hair going thinner due to menopause. she recommended a oil she makes with rosemary have used it a couple of times now and my hair is much better feels thicker .and more shiny all ready
