I first visited The Luma Practice with a frozen shoulder and I was at the stage where I could hardly lift my arm. Lea has worked her magic on me, fixing the problem which enabled me to move my arm again. I started to struggle with the opposite shoulder/arm and once again Lea has worked wonders to ensure I don’t end up with a frozen shoulder on the opposite side.
The genuine care and passion to make sure I’m out of pain is amazing.

Family bootcamp
We attend every week and my son Jacob looks forward to a Tuesday evening. Great way to get the kids out of the house and burn some energy. Marcel is great with both adults, kids & will adjust circuits for each person if need be. Great set up. 5 ⭐️
