Lea is amazing! Can walk in feeling achey, sore and generally down in the dumps and within an hr walk out feeling like your on cloud 9, not only physically but mentally as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else

This place is incredible and just keeps getting better…Each time I visit, the set up has improved in ways you can tell always has their clients in mind…The sauna is a fantastic edition! Can’t wait for my next visit :)
