Along with my 30 minute massage, I had a 45 minute pressotherapy treatment today. This is brand new to me and I loved it! It’s so comforting yet powerful. My muscles were so much more relaxed before my usual massage and the power of it definitely showed on my stomach-it was practically concave afterwards!…I will definitely be booking for this again-it’s an all over win for me. Thanks Lea as always!
