I’m post-op and went in for a lymphatic drainage massage, and I can’t recommend it enough! The swelling was massively reduced, and I felt so much lighter and more comfortable afterward. The Luma Practice itself is super clean and calming, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional — they really make you feel cared for. This has been such an important part of my recovery.
