Due to health issues I was in pain, stuff and sore from rge waist down. I had been like this for about 5 days. Leanne knew straight away what she needed to pay more attention too and by the time she finished I felt a lot better. Within the following 24 hours there was no pain. I could move again and raise my legs. I would highly recommend a regular massage at rge Luma practice for looking after your physical and mental health
