Excellent from start to finish. Warm welcome in reception, offered a drink, very friendly staff, very clean and tidy with relaxing music. Staff very professional but chatty. The best leg wax I’ve had to date!

I feel really mixed about this experience - the beauty therapist was lovely, did a good job and the rooms were very calming ... BUT ... I had to pay an extra £5 to use hot wax. This should absolutely be a given when getting a Hollywood and should not be an additional charge. I generally prefer a cheap and cheerful experience ... last time I had these treatments done elsewhere I was in and out in 25 minutes, here it took an hour.
