Adam is very knowledgeable and deeply invested in getting you back to enjoying the activites you love. He did a great job explaining the physics behind body movement, e.g. what's expected and what's actually happening that's causing the pain or poorer performance. He then explains, in detail, what each exercise he prescribes does and why he's suggesting it.
He isn't afraid to change his mind if he sees something isn't working. He listens well and shares the joy of an athletic lifestyle.
