I would highly recommend Adam's way of approaching muscle and body pain. I was really surprised to see that part of my back pain is the way I am using my breath and learn how to breath properly. His way of thoroughly listening and making sure we find a treatment it fits my needs was what I am looking to a physician. Adam has a professional but yet friendly attitude which makes you feel at ease and get the help you might need.
