I have been seeing Adam during my marathon training to help avoid injuries and keep my body as functional as possible. Each time he has been very diligent, dedicated, and knowledgeable. He seems to really understand what my body needs during my training and effectively releases any areas of tension or knotting so I can carry on with my training plan without interruption. I will definitely be seeing him regularly during the rest of my training, he is a key part of my marathon program!
Adam is a really cool guy and I felt relief even only after one visit. I am overweight, but he's one of the few therapists I visited that is not fatphobic and never told me that all my problems come from my weight. The advice he gives is realistic and possible to do.
