Although I am very happy with my treatment and with staff who is always polite to me, the salon was not aware of my appointment at this time and they said Treatwell hasn't call to inform them. As a result I had to wait one hour before my blow dry could be done. I am not sure (and I am not interested in knowing) about the service policy and modality offered by treatwell to the salon (and relative obligation) but it would be nice in the future to avoid such miscommunication as clients are the first paying the consequence of this.
