Lovely idea and beautiful setting. I would have liked a run-through of what happens in the creche because I was using it for the first time, you know just something like " Have you been before? can I show you around, this is our creche, you sign in here, this is our trained staff member X, leave your changing bag here etc. I just felt as if I didn't know how it was going to play out and what to expect. The staff are really great and I will be going back! Just left feedback in case it's useful!
