The MAMA Sanctuary really is that - a sanctuary! I often do feel intimidated by 'posh' salons and as beautiful as the MAMA Sanctuary is, I never once felt out of place. The ladies were so welcoming and Caroline who washed my hair was so lovely. I'm not usually one for 'chit-chat' but it was lovely chatting to her. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because my treatment started 25 minutes later than planned and I wasn't told beforehand that they were running late. To summarise, great place!

The manicure and hand massage was exceptional. The staff were so friendly. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the crèche was absolutely fantastic! The best experience!

An enjoyable much needed haircut after struggling to make time for myself since my daughter was born 10months ago. The creche facility is perfect.
