We decided to change my full head of highlights to a balayage but bring it closer to my roots (I’d had a balayage previously) as my hair is full of grey it was a lower maintenance option. I thought I loved my hair the first time, but now I’m fully in love! Katie was so lovely, talked me through the whole process, after care and everything in between! This is a great place for mums. It was very quiet when I was in there. They offered me tea and coffee which was lovely and they adapted the massage to suit my back problems.
