I’ve never in my life felt so belittled and unwelcome in a salon. Was a bit apprehensive about going to a new salon for a cut -paid £50 for what was supposed to be a cut and curly blow dry with extensions (let them know in advance I had extensions & made sure they were happy to do it) the lady cut two bits of my hair at the front and didn’t touch the rest despite asking. I was spoken to like a child, snapped at and made to feel so unwelcome. I paid £50 and got neither a haircut or a blow dry.
