Poor welcome, only just opening door as I arrived, no offer of refreshments. Left alone to sit and wait listening to staff gossip until my appointment time. Not a deep tissue massage more a mixture of several styles, not enough pressure but the therapist had already hinted that I wouldn't be getting firm despite asking for it by saying it only required a medium pressure to achieve a deep tissue massage. Far too much time spent on feet. Relaxing music was interrupted a few times by dance music.
