Treatment was excellent. Upset when told that its the second time I am paying the introductory offer price, so it would have to be more next time. I booked online and was quoted a price, which I paid. I was not trying to mislead anyone, or to cheat. Had the booking stated *new customers only* I would not have booked, as I would know it was not a price for me.

Michelle was excellent at her work. The upgrade / sell thing is a bit tiresome as others have mentioned. Perhaps they could ask first if we are interested in hearing about the offers first. That might be better.

Very happy with the treatment itself. Place is a little too clinical, but what grates me is the pushing to sell upgrades when going somewhere to escape pressures and stress!

The staff are so lovely, friendly and professional!! Couples massage was great, and the atmosphere is very serene and peaceful, with lovely ambient music playing as well as some of my favourite jazz instrumentals. It had been cold and raining all afternoon and we had both just rushed in from work -the lady kindly offered to turn on the heated blanket on the massage table for us (could have easily fallen asleep!! very cosy and relaxing). Overall very impressed.
