The staff are so lovely, friendly and professional!! Couples massage was great, and the atmosphere is very serene and peaceful, with lovely ambient music playing as well as some of my favourite jazz instrumentals. It had been cold and raining all afternoon and we had both just rushed in from work -the lady kindly offered to turn on the heated blanket on the massage table for us (could have easily fallen asleep!! very cosy and relaxing). Overall very impressed.

Ambiance is clinical and doesn't give you the "spa experience" feel. Got the hard sell of membership and upgrades which instantly takes away from the relaxation. For the discounted price, it's worthwhile but not worth any more than £40.

Excellent from start to finish. As soon as you walk in you begin to feel calm. The massage was wonderful, if I had my way I'd attend on a weekly basis.

Had a joint Swedish massage with my husband, we both really enjoyed it! The heated beds were a delight and our therapists were lovely! We left feeling like different people, would highly recommend.
